 We are well into the New Year, our 28th in the industry, and there's a lot to report. Provincial Partitions continues to bring innovative products to the table. Along with our patented System 40™ and PROWALL™ offerings we are pleased to introduce PROKIT™ our new line of light gauge steel framing for floor, wall, and roof sections. Framing is now as easy as 1,2,3! Our clients have seen the benefits of using PROKIT™ and have embraced it right away. Most notably, NTR Developments of Oakville had Provincial Partitions complete a 38 by 125 ft. building for a local municipal works department. The floor and walls were up in a matter of days, and with the roof in place, the trades were able to start work almost immediately. Other buildings completed recently using PROKIT™ components include a 30 by 36 ft. portable for Dearcroft Montessori School and a 20 by 40 ft. exterior storage building for JTAC. This prefabricated storage building was delivered and installed in less than one day. With our PROKIT™ line, available in pre-framed panelized sections or knock down kit form, time spent on onsite construction can be reduced by as much as 80%. And because it's steel, not only is it stronger and more energy efficient, it has the added benefit of being 100% recyclable.
Additionally, Provincial Partitions has continued to refine and improve our System 40™ Clean Room product line. Recent changes include: new smooth roof panels, a new 4" no dust ledge baseboard, new interior radius corners, new radius ceiling trim, new 3" drive in no dust ledge window trim, and new flush P3 no dust ledge windows. Provincial Partitions System 40™ Clean Rooms are easily able to meet Federal standard 209E, which requires that all joints and edges of materials be positively sealed. Our non-shredding battenless walls and ceilings have a single vertical joint line. As a result, our System 40™ structures are absolutely airtight.

 Custom E-Room Reaches New Heights
Needing an E-Room enclosure for their clients new state-of-the-art powder application room in Guelph, Ontario, Automated Jetting Systems elected to go with Provincial Partitions patented PROWALL™ paneling system. This custom enclosure with framed openings measures 31 x 41 ft. with continuous walls standing 23 feet high. Working closely with Automated Jetting Systems Marko Berezowsky, Provincial Partitions helped engineer a steel reinforced enclosure producing, essentially, two customized halves.(more...)
 JTAC's New PROKIT™ Storage Building
A long time customer of Provincial Partitions, Shane McCarthy of JTAC (Joint Training and Apprenticeship Committee) realized early on the benefits of modular components and structures.  Craning Dearcroft PROKIT™School Portable
Located on an historic estate within walking minutes of the town of Oakville, Dearcroft Montessori School blends into pleasant, treed surroundings on an attractive two-acre campus. When deciding to add a school portable the prerequisite was that it mirror the upscale environment and aesthetic. A conventional school portable would most definitely not fit the bill.  NTR Developments PROKIT™ Advantage
NTR, a general contracting firm in Oakville, recognized the tremendous advantages of Provincial Partitions' new PROKIT™ steel pre-framed floor, wall and ceiling components. Time was of the essence and Noah Ramia of NTR was impressed with the quick turnaround possible with the PROKIT™ solution. Working closely with Adam Frankland of Provincial Partitions, a plan was drafted from the original architectural drawings which assisted in the sequencing, delivery and construction of all materials used. ...I'm sure it's not every project you undertake which requires an 80 ton crane to lift the sections into place over an existing building! Despite having to accommodate this reality and also the need to be minimally disruptive to our everyday school operations, you passed this test with flying colours!
