 These may be uncertain times, and although traditionally our 4th quarter is usually our slowest, our new booked sales record is the highest it's ever been for the month of October. It's predicted to break again in November. Why is this? I think the reasons are obvious. People are beginning to realize the very real advantage and value of modular construction - especially in these difficult times. I also think it's because at Provincial Partitions we provide the very best and most diverse product offering in the industry. In this issue we showcase how a school addition can be so much more than just another portable. We illustrate also how we worked collaboratively with Ellis Don to create an underground parking kiosk for the Scarborough General Hospital. And with Snap-on we mirrored their own philosophy by providing a System 40 In Plant Office that emulates the very same plug-and-play convenience of their product offering. Additionally, we provided Cara with one of our new line of aluminum smoke shelters. From now on, all smoke shelters manufactured at Provincial Partitions will be constructed using only aluminum.  Custom School 4-Pack Replaces Portables
Wanting to avoid the typical school portable solution the Grand Erie District School Board were looking for a more innovative and permanent solution for their expansion requirements. For the GEDSB 4 new classrooms, totaling more than 4,100 square feet and providing more than 100 students and teachers with a comfortable, safe and healthy environment was a priority. Provincial Partitions worked closely with Joe Saldarelli of the GEDSB to provide an aesthetically pleasing and fully functional solution.(more...)
 Snap-on System 40 In Plant Office
Snap-on needed a safe, flexible solution to their in plant office requirement for their manufacturing facility in Newmarket, Ontario. Having compared a number of different suppliers, Julian Hewitt of Snap-on went with Provincial Partitions solution because he liked what he saw.  Custom Indoor Garage Parking Kiosk
Extensive renovations are underway at The Scarborough General Hospital. In an effort to streamline their operations they have opted to relocate the entire parking and security offices from the main hospital into the existing garage structure creating a self sufficient, one stop control center. This made for some interesting challenges, not the least of which was to accommodate a height restriction in the existing parking structure. Ellis Don, official contractors for the project, have worked closely with Provincial Partitions in the past and drew upon their collaborative experience to provide a creative solution. (more...)
 Cara's New Aluminum Smoke Shelter
A new smoking shelter for employees and visitors was required at Cara's brand new state of the art headquarters facility located in Vaughn, Ontario. Aware of the new code requirements governing smoke shelter enclosures, Cara turned to Provincial Partitions and requested an aluminum smoke shelter that would accommodate the new laws. Additionally, they wanted to paint the exterior trim to match the new headquarter colours. Provincial Partitions did not disappoint. (more...)
