Through the START* initiative Provincial Partitions donated their very first prototype PROFLEX™ Container to support the continuing relief efforts in Haiti. Additionally, by appealing to their entire client base, suppliers, friends, staff and individuals - the container portion of the unit was shipped filled to capacity with supplies. Donations from a local Board of Education included more than 40 desks and chairs, textbooks, school and medical supplies. Originally, the Board of Education had almost given up on sending these supplies because of the expense of shipping and the associated customs paperwork. Working Closely with the MBI to handle all regulatory and shipping details, these supplies are now where they are needed most.



Provincial Partitions believes an idea whose time has come is the use of shipping containers as modular units. The newly introduced line of PROFLEX™ units provides an economical and efficient variety of combined office/storage space solutions. With more than 29 years in the modular industry, Provincial Partitions is especially well suited to modifying these containers. Potential uses for these buildings include: field offices, storage buildings, hazardous material storage, barracks and housing for relief efforts. The 40 foot unit shipped to Haiti is a combined office/storage structure.
